carte martinique marie galante les saintes

Guadeloupe is not just about its large island, as splendid as it is. It has a real asset: its small neighboring islands, true tropical gems. The Saintes archipelago and Marie-Galante offer dreamy, timeless stopovers accessible only by boat. You will be charmed by their magnificent beaches, picturesque villages, island atmosphere, and especially by the famous Bay of Saintes, ranked among the most beautiful in the world.

Halfway between Guadeloupe and Martinique lies Dominica. Still untouched by mass tourism, it is undoubtedly the wildest and most preserved island in the region. Spectacular rainforests, exceptionally rich seabeds, waterfalls, hot springs, volcanoes... Its lush nature is among the most impressive in the Caribbean.

As for Martinique, nicknamed the Flower Island or Madinina, it welcomes you with an enchanting coastline, from Sainte-Anne to Anses d'Arlet, featuring golden sand beaches, lively coastal villages, and peaceful anchorages. A final stopover filled with the scents of rum and biguine will cap off this Caribbean odyssey in style. Ready to sail from Guadeloupe to Martinique?

On the beach side, you can choose between the wilder Anse Crawen, Pompierre Beach, lined with coconut trees, or Anse du Figuier. You can rent a bicycle to explore the island at your leisure.

While strolling through the village, don't miss a taste of "Tourment d'amour," a sweet coconut specialty, and a glimpse of the famous fishing boats called "Saintoises," still built locally.
